Arion provides corporate holiday party transportation across Denver and the Front Range with vehicles from three to fifty passengers, booked hourly with the vehicle dedicated for the evening rather than billed per leg. Rates are locked at booking with no surge pricing, multi-stop pickup routes and staggered late returns are standard, and December Fridays and Saturdays should be reserved by mid-October. Book in October, not December
The holiday party calendar is the most compressed booking window of the year. Every company in the metro wants the same four evenings — the first three Fridays and Saturdays of December — and the vehicle supply in Colorado does not expand to meet it. When we say a date is unavailable in late November, it is not a negotiating position. The vehicles are committed.
Practical timeline for a December party:
Weeknight parties, and anything after December 20, are a different story — availability there stays open much later.
How the billing actually works
Party transportation is booked hourly with the vehicle dedicated for the evening. The clock runs from the first pickup to the final drop, waiting time included. It is not billed per leg, and the chauffeur does not disappear between runs and reappear when you call.
Rates are hourly and all-inclusive except gratuity, with the first 40 miles of each booking included. Executive Sedan $150/hr (3 passengers, 2-hour minimum), Executive SUV $125/hr (5), Luxury SUV $150/hr, Luxury Coach Van $250/hr (12, 3-hour minimum), Executive/Jet Van $325/hr (9) on a 4-hour minimum. Stretch limousines, party buses and coach buses are quote only. The rate is locked when you book and does not move with demand, weather or the hour of the night.
That structure matters on a party night for one reason: it removes every incentive to rush. Nobody is watching a meter while your CFO finishes a conversation in the lobby.
Alcohol is allowed in the vehicle for passengers 21 and over. Smoking and vaping are not. Damage or excessive cleaning is billed.
Sizing the vehicles for a party, not a transfer
Seasonal capacity rule: from November 1 through April 30 the Luxury SUV is booked at five passengers rather than six. The sixth seat becomes luggage space, which leaves room for roughly seven or eight pieces inside. The Executive SUV is five passengers year round.
Stretch limousines, party buses and coach buses are quote only. The choice between a party bus and a coach bus is really a choice about the evening: a coach bus moves people comfortably, a party bus makes the ride part of the party.
Multi-stop pickups and the return problem
Getting everyone to the venue is easy. Getting them home is where holiday party transportation is won or lost, because a party does not end at a single moment. Half the room leaves at 9:30 and the rest at 12:30.
Two structures work:
- Staggered returns. The vehicle runs a loop — an early departure wave, then a late one. Cheapest for a group under twenty in a compact geography.
- Dedicated on-site vehicle. The vehicle and chauffeur stay for the duration and come forward on a text. This is how executive and roadshow work is run, and it is the right answer when leadership needs to leave on their own schedule.
Pickup routes on the way out follow the same logic. Three collection points beat twelve home addresses, every time. Give us the neighborhoods and we will build the route.
The reason most companies book this at all
Nobody arranges a holiday shuttle for the leg room. They arrange it because there is an open bar and a legal exposure attached to it, and because the alternative is a parking lot full of employees making individually reasonable decisions at midnight.
A pre-arranged vehicle removes the question. It is not framed as a sobriety measure to anyone; it is framed as the ride. That distinction is the entire point — nobody has to decline anything or admit anything, because a car is already outside.
Rideshare at 11:40 p.m. on the second Saturday of December in downtown Denver is the worst-case version of surge and supply. Our rate was fixed in October.
Weather, because it is December
Vehicles run state-approved winter tires and four-wheel drive, which satisfies Colorado's Traction Law without chains; two-wheel-drive vans and buses carry the traction devices the state requires. Chauffeurs are asked to carry a cold-weather kit — flares, triangles, solar blankets, water, food.
In a storm the thing that changes is the route, not the trip. Closures are checked before departure and adjustments are made en route at the chauffeur's discretion, and the chauffeur tells you what changed and why. There is no vehicle swap and no cancellation from our side.
If the party is in the mountains — and a fair number of Front Range companies do this at Vail, Beaver Creek or Breckenridge — the timing changes rather than the plan. Winter mountain departures get two extra hours, not fifteen minutes.
Cancellation terms are the same on every booking: full refund at 48 hours or more, up to 50% inside 48 hours, nothing inside 24. Tours run on a 7-day window.

When should I book holiday party transportation in Denver?

Can you do multiple pickup points?

Can we do staggered returns for people leaving at different times?
