Discretion & Client Privacy

Discretion Is Part of the Service,
Not an Add-On

How Arion protects client identities and itineraries — NDAs, alias booking, what a chauffeur is told, what we never publish, and why our clients rarely talk about us in public.

Arion treats client identity and itinerary as confidential by default. We sign NDAs, support alias contact procedures, restrict booking details to the assigned chauffeur and dispatch, and never sell or publish client information. Chauffeurs receive only the pickup location, time and passenger count they need to run the trip, and they are trained not to discuss passengers.

What does client discretion actually mean in practice?

Confidential by default, not on request

You do not have to ask us to be discreet. Client identities, pickup addresses and itineraries are treated as confidential on every trip, for every passenger — the family flying in from DEN gets the same handling as a board-level executive.

What the chauffeur is told

Assigned chauffeurs and affiliate operators receive only what the trip requires: pickup location, time, and passenger count. They are not given a dossier on you, and Arion's driver standards prohibit discussing passengers, destinations or anything overheard in the vehicle.

What never leaves the company

We do not sell client information. We do not share identities, itineraries or personal details with third parties beyond what is necessary to deliver the service or what the law requires. Full detail is in our privacy policy, sections 4 through 6.

What we never publish

We do not post client names, photographs, destinations or trip details on our website or social media — not as a testimonial, not as a case study, not as a “look who we drove” post. If you ever see us name a client, it is because that client explicitly asked us to.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, and it is routine

We sign non-disclosure agreements for corporate clients, event producers, law firms, family offices and private individuals. Send yours with the booking request, or ask dispatch and we will execute one before the first trip.

NDA-compliant protocols

Where an NDA or a client's own security policy applies, we tighten access accordingly: fewer people see the booking, itineraries are not restated in email threads, and the assigned chauffeur is briefed on the requirements before the trip.

Alias contact procedures

For clients who need heightened confidentiality, we support alias contact procedures — the reservation can carry an assistant's or coordinator's name and number rather than the principal's, with the chauffeur briefed on who to expect.

Recurring and roadshow work

For multi-day executive travel we assign a consistent chauffeur where possible, so the number of people who know your movements stays as small as it can. Details on the corporate transportation page.

Will my trip show up anywhere public?

Not from us

Your trip generates a booking record, a dispatch assignment and an invoice. None of that is public, and none of it is marketing material.

Your booking data

Reservations are handled through our booking and dispatch software and payments through a payment processor — both used only to operate the business, both governed by our privacy policy. Communications are encrypted and internal access to sensitive data is limited.

Text messages

If you opt in to trip notifications we text you about your ride and nothing else, and you can opt out at any time.

Reviews are entirely your choice

We appreciate every public review we receive, and there is never an expectation that you identify where you traveled, who traveled with you, or why. A review that simply describes the service — professionalism, communication, vehicle quality, reliability — is genuinely useful to the next client and reveals nothing about you.

How do you prove reliability if clients don't talk publicly?

Behavior is stronger evidence than commentary

Our clients tend not to describe their trips on the internet. They do something more meaningful: 51% of them book Arion again, and those repeat clients account for 79% of our total ride volume. In private transportation, “send Arion again” is the real review.

The Private Loyalty Rate

We track it deliberately. Public advocacy — how many clients post about you — and private loyalty — how many come back — are different metrics, and for a service built on discretion they should be. We publish the loyalty number because it is the one that reflects the experience.

An operating record you can check

More than 2,500 completed trips, 10,556 passengers, 579,878 miles driven, and zero accidents. Not adjectives — counts.

Credentials and coverage

Colorado PUC authority HCA0096, $1.5 million in commercial auto liability and $5 million in general liability on every vehicle and every trip, chauffeurs background-checked, drug-tested and trained to Arion's own standards. See safety and licensing and chauffeur training.

Why does this matter more for chauffeured transportation?

A ride reveals a schedule

Where you were picked up, when, with whom, and where you went is a map of your life or your company's activity. In most industries a customer record is inert; in ground transportation it is a movement pattern. That is why access to it should be minimal by design.

Deals, health, family, security

Corporate travel can telegraph a transaction. A hospital run is medical information. A wedding or a family trip involves people who never agreed to be publicized. The default should be silence, and it costs us nothing to hold that line.

Discretion is a training subject, not a slogan

Our chauffeurs are held to a written standard on presentation, conduct and confidentiality — what they do not say is as much a part of the job as how they drive.

If you need something specific, ask

Non-standard requirements — a client security team, a venue with press present, an itinerary that cannot be emailed — are a normal conversation. Call dispatch at (970) 703-4995 before you book and we will tell you honestly what we can and cannot accommodate.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Arion sign NDAs?

Yes, routinely — for corporate clients, event producers, law firms, family offices and private individuals. Send yours with the booking request or ask dispatch, and we will execute one before the first trip.

How does Arion protect client privacy?

Client identities and itineraries are confidential by default. We support NDA-compliant protocols and alias contact procedures, limit booking details to dispatch and the assigned chauffeur, encrypt communications, and never sell client information.

What is my chauffeur told about my trip?

Only what the trip requires: pickup location, time and passenger count. Chauffeurs are not given background on passengers and are held to a written standard prohibiting discussion of passengers, destinations, or anything overheard in the vehicle.

Can I book without my name appearing on the reservation?

Yes. For clients who need heightened confidentiality we support alias contact procedures — the reservation can carry an assistant's or coordinator's name and number, with the chauffeur briefed on who to expect.

Will my trip or my name appear on your website or social media?

No. We do not publish client names, photographs, destinations or trip details as testimonials, case studies or social posts. The only exception is a client who explicitly asks to be named.

Do you share my information with drivers or third parties?

Assigned chauffeurs and affiliate operators receive only the pickup location, time and passenger count. Beyond payment processing and the dispatch software needed to run the trip, we do not share client identities or itineraries except where required by law.

Why does Arion have fewer public reviews than large operators?

Clients of private chauffeured service generally prefer not to publish where they went or who they traveled with, and we never pressure them to. We measure loyalty instead: 51% of clients book Arion again, and repeat clients account for 79% of our ride volume.

What is the Private Loyalty Rate?

It is the share of Arion clients who book again — currently 51%, generating 79% of total ride volume. Public advocacy and private loyalty are different measures, and for a service built on discretion, loyalty is the one that reflects the experience.

Can you accommodate a client security team or a press-sensitive arrival?

Usually yes — tell dispatch before booking. We coordinate with security teams, plan discreet arrival points, and keep itinerary details out of wider email threads. Call (970) 703-4995 and we will confirm what we can accommodate.

Discretion, by default.

Because You Matter — and so does keeping your business your business.
