Student & Family Transportation
Student & Family Transportation Denver
Your Child's Safety. Our Responsibility.
Private student transportation and family car service across Denver and the Front Range. Consistent drivers who know your child by name. PUC certified. full commercial coverage insured. No strangers. No surprises.
Arion provides pre-scheduled private transportation for students, unaccompanied minors by arrangement, and families traveling to and from Denver International Airport and Colorado campuses. Chauffeurs are background-checked and drug-tested, trips are booked to a named driver rather than a rotating pool, and dispatch can confirm pickup and drop-off with a parent by text.
She wrote about her driver in her college essay.
Ella Brown was Arion's first high school student client. When her family moved from Evergreen to Westminster, she wanted to keep attending Evergreen High School — so they booked a daily driver through Arion.
Over 236 trips, her chauffeur Jim became a constant in her life. He knew when to talk and when to let silence fill the car. He'd have the heat waiting after dive practice and a Starbucks before big exams — without being asked.
When Ella applied to CU Boulder, the essay prompt asked her to reflect on something someone had done for her that made her grateful. She wrote about Jim.

Daily school commutes
Some families need daily transportation for their student — between home and school, between neighborhoods and districts, between two households. The distance might be 10 miles or 60. Either way, your child needs a driver who shows up on time, every time, and who you trust completely.
We assign a consistent driver to your family. Same person, same vehicle, same routine. Your student isn't getting into a stranger's car. They're getting into their car, with their driver, who knows their schedule, their preferences, and their name.
- Consistent assigned driver — no rotation, no unknowns
- Morning pickup and afternoon return
- Flexible scheduling for early release, late start, half days
- Real-time parent communication

Activity shuttles
Sports practice, music lessons, tutoring, club meetings — kids have schedules that rival executives. When you can't be in two places at once, or when the practice facility is 30 minutes from home, a dedicated driver fills the gap without the compromises of rideshare.
We handle after-school pickups, practice runs, weekend tournaments, and everything in between. If your student has a regular weekly schedule, we build a standing reservation that runs like clockwork.
- After-school pickup and drop-off at activities
- Sports practice and game-day transportation
- Weekend tournaments and competitions
- Standing weekly reservations available

Why parents choose Arion over rideshare
Rideshare apps weren't built for your teenager. Random drivers. No background check transparency. No consistency. No one to call if something goes wrong. Most parents know this instinctively — which is why they end up driving the routes themselves, even when they don't have the time.
Arion fills the gap between rideshare (which parents won't use for their kids) and driving themselves (which parents can't always do). Here's the difference:
| Feature | Rideshare | Arion |

Student & Family FAQs
Will my student have the same driver every time?
Yes. We assign a consistent driver to your family. Your student will know their driver by name, and the driver will know your student's schedule, preferences, and routine.
Is there a minimum age?
No. We transport students of all ages. For younger children, a parent or guardian must be present. For teens, we work directly with families to establish communication protocols.
How does billing work for recurring rides?
We set up a standing schedule with consistent weekly billing. No surge pricing, no variable rates. You know exactly what you're paying every month.
What are your safety credentials?
Colorado PUC Certified, fully insured, NLA member, background-checked chauffeurs, commercially insured vehicles.
How far do you go?
All of metro Denver and the Front Range, including routes between Denver and mountain communities like Evergreen, Conifer, Golden, and Morrison.
How many passengers fit in your group vehicles?
Luxury Coach Van seats up to 12, the Executive/Jet Van seats 9 in VIP configuration, and buses run 20, 30, 40, and 50 passengers. Larger groups run multiple vehicles on one coordinated dispatch.
Can we bring alcohol on board?
Optional beverage service is available on group vehicles, and passengers 21+ may consume alcohol where Colorado law and the vehicle's licensing allow. Chauffeurs never drink on duty, and glass policies vary by vehicle.
Is there a minimum booking time for group vehicles?
Yes — group vehicles carry 3–4 hour minimums depending on the vehicle, and pricing is per vehicle rather than per person.
Which vehicle should I choose?
Match passengers plus luggage: Executive Sedan for 1–3 with light bags, Executive SUV for up to 5 with luggage, Luxury SUV for up to 6 in captain's-chair comfort, Luxury Coach Van or Luxury Coach Van for 7–12 or full ski gear, Executive/Jet Van for VIP groups of 9, and buses for 20–50.
Can we drink in the vehicle?
Alcohol is welcome for passengers 21 and over. Consumption by anyone under 21 is not permitted. Soda, water and refreshments are on board for everyone. Smoking is not permitted in any Arion vehicle, and a smoking incident carries a minimum $500 cleaning charge.
What will I know before the trip?
Twenty-four hours before pickup you receive a text with your chauffeur's name, their contact number and photo, the vehicle and its license plate, and your full trip details, with a request to confirm everything is correct. You are then texted again when the chauffeur is on the way, when they are on location, when you are on board, and when the trip is complete. Both the passenger and whoever booked the trip receive every update, so an assistant booking on someone's behalf never has to chase a status. You can also track the vehicle's location from an hour before pickup and throughout the trip.
I left something in the car.
Call dispatch. Found items are logged with a photograph, a description and the time and place found, then held secured at our main office, and often the chauffeur can return it the same day. Wallets, phones, medication, keys and identity documents are escalated to dispatch immediately, and every return is handed off with your confirmation and logged.
Do you provide car seats?
Yes. Child car seats are $25 per seat and we carry both rear-facing and forward-facing, so tell us which one you need when you book. Booster seats are also $25 per seat; just tell us how many at the time of reservation so your chauffeur arrives with the right equipment already in the vehicle. If a child seat is required by law, it is required in our vehicles too.
Where does the chauffeur pick me up at my home?
At your front door, unless you tell us otherwise. If you would rather be met at the end of the driveway, at a side entrance or anywhere else, add it to the notes field when you book. Gate codes are worth including too. A chauffeur who already has the code is not the one calling you at 4:45 a.m. from outside the gate.
How early does the chauffeur arrive for a Denver metro pickup?
Ten to fifteen minutes before your scheduled departure time. Your chauffeur is on site and ready before the clock starts, so you are never waiting on us. In snow or heavy weather dispatch may push that to as much as 30 minutes early, at their discretion, based on road conditions that morning.
