Booking policies

| Minimum notice | 2 hours; a $50 rush fee applies inside that window. We recommend 48 hours. |
| Cancellation | 48 hours or more before pickup: full refund. 24 to 48 hours: 50% refund. Under 24 hours and no-shows: no refund. Tours need 7 days' notice. Exceptions: documented medical emergencies and weather or venue closures. |
| Mileage | Hourly bookings carry no mileage charge. Point-to-point transfers are priced by distance: the first 30 miles in both SUVs, the larger party buses and the motorcoach, and 40 miles in the Luxury Sedan, both vans and the 20-passenger party bus, are flat; mileage past that is charged per mile. See rates. |

Rates
Every Arion rate is all-in: taxes, fuel and card processing are included. Gratuity is optional and never added automatically. There is no surge pricing; Situational Demand rates apply only on the peak dates listed below. Your exact total shows before you book.

Hourly bookings carry no mileage charge. On point-to-point transfers the first 30 miles (both SUVs, larger party buses, motorcoach) or 40 miles (Luxury Sedan, both vans, 20-passenger party bus) are flat; mileage past that is charged per mile. Aspen/Snowmass, Rifle, Grand Junction and Eagle are flat zone prices. Party buses and the 56-passenger motorcoach are partner vehicles: the rate and minimum above are firm, but we quote each trip to confirm availability before you book.
