Most of our work already comes from people telling other people. This puts something behind it: refer 10 completed rides and your next one is free, at the average fare of the 10 you sent.

1. Send us the name
Use the form below, or just tell dispatch. We tag the referral in our booking system before the trip is booked, so credit lands with the right person.
2. They book and ride
Ask them to mention your name when they request a quote. Every completed, paid ride from a person you referred counts once.
3. Your tenth ride pays you back
When the tenth referred ride is completed and paid, we add a ride credit to your account equal to the average fare of those 10 rides. Use it yourself or hand it to someone else.
Why an average, and not a flat discount
A referral for an airport run and a referral for a wedding weekend are not the same favor. Averaging the 10 fares means the reward tracks what you actually sent us instead of paying everyone the same token amount.

Referrals are recorded when we receive them. You will get a confirmation from dispatch, and a running count any time you ask.
Were you the one referred?
Two seconds of work and the person who sent you gets credit. When you request a quote, put their full name or phone number in the "Referred by" field on our quote form — and repeat it in the notes on the booking page, since that is what reaches dispatch. Telling your chauffeur works too; we will log it.
Program terms
- The 10 referred rides must be completed and paid. Cancelled, no-showed, or unpaid trips do not count.
- Your credit equals the average fare of those 10 rides, before gratuity, tolls, parking, and taxes.
- The credit is good for 12 months from the date it is issued and may be given to someone else.
- One referrer per referred client. The first referral we receive for a given person is the one that counts.
- Rides you book and pay for yourself do not count toward your own total.
- The credit applies to the ride fare only and is not redeemable for cash.
- Arion may modify or end the program at any time. Credits already earned are honored through their 12-month window.
