Hourly Chauffeur Service in Denver
Your Driver, On Your Schedule
A professional chauffeur at your disposal for as long as you need. Meetings, events, tours, errands — on your timeline.
Hourly chauffeur service means the vehicle and driver stay with you for the booked window rather than dropping and leaving. Arion Executive Sedans start at $150 per hour with a two-hour minimum, executive SUVs at $125 and luxury SUVs at $150. Hourly trips include up to 40 total miles of travel per booking, and the chauffeur waits between stops at no additional charge.
Best for: Day-long business meetings, wine tours, real estate showings, medical appointments, and anyone who needs flexible multi-stop service with a dedicated driver.

FAQs
Can I make multiple stops?
Absolutely. Your chauffeur is at your disposal for the duration of your booking. Stop as often as you like.
Do you offer point-to-point trips as well as hourly service?
Both. Point-to-point is priced for a single transfer such as home to DEN or hotel to a venue. Hourly (as-directed) service keeps the same chauffeur and vehicle for dinners, meetings, tours, and multi-stop nights.
Can I set up a recurring or corporate account?
Yes. Recurring commuters, executive assistants, hotels, and event planners get a standing profile with preferred vehicle, saved addresses, consolidated monthly invoicing, and priority dispatch.
Are your chauffeurs local?
Yes. Arion's chauffeurs live and drive here — Denver one-ways, I-70 and I-25 timing, canyon roads, resort access, and DEN's arrival flow are learned routes, not GPS guesses.
Which vehicle should I choose?
Match passengers plus luggage: Executive Sedan for 1–3 with light bags, Executive SUV for up to 5 with luggage, Luxury SUV for up to 6 in captain's-chair comfort, Luxury Coach Van or Luxury Coach Van for 7–12 or full ski gear, Executive/Jet Van for VIP groups of 9, and buses for 20–50.
Are all vehicles AWD or 4WD for mountain travel?
Mountain-assigned SUVs and vans are AWD/4WD on winter-rated tires and carry chains, meeting Colorado's Traction Law. Executive Sedans are assigned to Front Range and metro work in winter conditions.
Is Arion licensed and insured?
Yes. Arion, LLC is a Colorado PUC-certified passenger carrier operating as Arion Transportation and Tours. Every vehicle and every trip is fully insured, well beyond what a rideshare driver carries.
How much does Arion cost per hour?
Rates are hourly and per vehicle, not per person: Executive Sedan from $150/hr, Executive SUV from $125/hr, Luxury SUV from $150/hr, and group vehicles (Luxury Coach Van, Executive/Jet Van, buses) from $250/hr. Hourly minimums apply by vehicle, hourly trips include up to 40 total miles of travel per booking, and your exact total is shown before you confirm.
How is a full day roadshow billed?
Continuously. The clock runs from the first pickup to the final drop, waiting time included. The vehicle and chauffeur are yours for the day rather than billed leg by leg, and the car stays on site between stops.
Does the car wait with us between meetings?
Yes. The chauffeur and vehicle stay on site. Where a building does not allow standing, the chauffeur moves to a nearby safe waiting area and comes forward on a simple text from you, usually within a minute or two.
What will I know before the trip?
Twenty-four hours before pickup you receive a text with your chauffeur's name, their contact number and photo, the vehicle and its license plate, and your full trip details, with a request to confirm everything is correct. You are then texted again when the chauffeur is on the way, when they are on location, when you are on board, and when the trip is complete. Both the passenger and whoever booked the trip receive every update, so an assistant booking on someone's behalf never has to chase a status. You can also track the vehicle's location from an hour before pickup and throughout the trip.
Can we make a stop along the way?
Yes, and there is no added charge for a stop. Keep in mind that it extends the trip. A gear stop or a grocery run on the way to the mountains adds real time, and on hourly bookings that time counts. Any overage is charged when the trip is complete.
How early does the chauffeur arrive for a Denver metro pickup?
Ten to fifteen minutes before your scheduled departure time. Your chauffeur is on site and ready before the clock starts, so you are never waiting on us. In snow or heavy weather dispatch may push that to as much as 30 minutes early, at their discretion, based on road conditions that morning.
