From Arion's home base in Firestone to the university towns and craft beer capitals of the Front Range

Home Destinations Northern Colorado

Northern Colorado is Arion's home territory. Our headquarters sit in Firestone, and our chauffeurs know every mile of I-25 between Denver and Fort Collins. This stretch of the Front Range has transformed from farmland to one of Colorado's fastest-growing corridors, Fort Collins anchors the north with Colorado State University and 30+ craft breweries, Loveland sits at the gateway to Big Thompson Canyon and Rocky Mountain National Park, and Greeley has quietly become a dining destination in its own right. Windsor, Firestone, and Longmont fill in the map between them.

Seasonal Notes

Northern Colorado is a year-round destination. CSU and UNC academic calendars drive traffic spikes during move-in, graduation, and football weekends. Summer brings festivals — Fort Collins' Bohemian Nights, Loveland's Cherry Pie Festival, and the Greeley Stampede.

CSU game day? Our Canvas Stadium transportation guide covers the sanctioned lot 575 drop-off, the road closures that start six hours before kickoff, the clear bag policy and the 2026 Pac-12 home schedule.

Getting married up here? Our Northern Colorado wedding venue guide covers Sylvan Dale, Ellis Ranch, The Island at Pelican Lakes, The Elizabeth and Della Terra, with capacities, drive times and the shuttle plan each one needs.

The Northern Front Range Corridor

I-25 is the spine of Northern Colorado, running north from Denver through Longmont, Loveland, and into Fort Collins. The corridor has added over 100,000 residents in the past decade, and the infrastructure hasn't kept up — the stretch between Berthoud and Loveland is notorious for construction delays. Highway 34 connects Loveland to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park through Big Thompson Canyon, one of Colorado's most scenic (and flood-prone) drives.

Fort Collins sits 65 miles north of downtown Denver and 70 road miles from DIA, about 75 to 100 minutes depending on I-25 traffic and construction. Windsor and Timnath have exploded with new development east of I-25. Greeley, 50 miles northeast, anchors the agricultural side of the region and is home to the University of Northern Colorado. Firestone and Frederick, Arion's home base — sit at the southern edge of this corridor, positioned perfectly for quick-response service across the entire region.

Why Private Car Service in Northern Colorado

Northern Colorado doesn't have the mountain-pass drama of Summit County, but it has its own transportation challenges. CSU game days gridlock Fort Collins for hours. UNC graduation weekends fill every hotel in Greeley. The Greeley Stampede (late June–early July) draws 250,000 visitors to a city of 110,000. And the Big Thompson Canyon road to Estes Park — while beautiful — is a two-lane road with limited passing opportunities and no cell service for stretches.

Airport transfers are the bread and butter here. DIA is 60–90 minutes from most Northern Colorado cities, and the early-morning or late-night flights that business travelers need don't align with shuttle schedules. Arion's chauffeurs track flight arrivals in real time, so if your 11 PM landing turns into a 1 AM arrival, your car is still waiting. For wedding parties at Sylvan Dale Ranch or corporate events at the Embassy Suites in Loveland, we handle the logistics so the host doesn't have to.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you handle flight delays?

We track every flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, we automatically adjust your pickup time. No extra charge and no rebooking needed.

Where does my driver meet me?

At DEN your chauffeur meets you curbside on Level 5 — Island 2, near door 506 on the west side or door 511 on the east, depending on your baggage claim — and texts you the exact spot. For private FBOs, we meet you on the tarmac or at the terminal.

Can I book a same-day airport transfer?

We ask for two hours' notice for any pickup between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. Anything inside two hours is Rush service for an additional $50, and we only confirm it once a driver is assigned. For a pickup between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., book before 10 p.m., when our dispatch office is staffed. Call us for the fastest confirmation.

Do you provide car seats for children?

Yes, we can accommodate car seat requests. Please mention this when booking so we can have the appropriate seat installed.

Do you serve Red Rocks and special events too?

Yes. Many clients pair airport transfers with Red Rocks concerts, weddings, and special events. We can coordinate round-trip transportation across Denver and the Front Range.

Do you offer point-to-point trips as well as hourly service?

Both. Point-to-point is priced for a single transfer such as home to DEN or hotel to a venue. Hourly (as-directed) service keeps the same chauffeur and vehicle for dinners, meetings, tours, and multi-stop nights.

Can I set up a recurring or corporate account?

Yes. Recurring commuters, executive assistants, hotels, and event planners get a standing profile with preferred vehicle, saved addresses, consolidated monthly invoicing, and priority dispatch.

Are your chauffeurs local?

Yes. Arion's chauffeurs live and drive here — Denver one-ways, I-70 and I-25 timing, canyon roads, resort access, and DEN's arrival flow are learned routes, not GPS guesses.

Which vehicle should I choose?

Match passengers plus luggage: Executive Sedan for 1–3 with light bags, Executive SUV for up to 5 with luggage, Luxury SUV for up to 6 in captain's-chair comfort, Luxury Coach Van or Luxury Coach Van for 7–12 or full ski gear, Executive/Jet Van for VIP groups of 9, and buses for 20–50.
