Denver Limo Service
Denver Limo Service
Luxury Limousine Rental That Shows Up
Professional chauffeurs, luxury vehicles, and a company that answers the phone. Limo service for weddings, airports, nights out, corporate events, and anything else worth arriving to in style.
Best for: Weddings, prom, milestone celebrations, and airport transfers where you want a professional chauffeur — not a gig worker. PUC certified, full commercial coverage insured, real fleet.
Not your typical limo company
Most limo companies in Denver operate the same way — flashy website, grainy stock photos, and a booking process that ends with you standing on a curb wondering where your ride is.
We're different. Arion is a women-owned, PUC-certified transportation company with a real fleet, Arion-trained chauffeurs, and full general liability coverage on every ride. When you book, you get a confirmation, a chauffeur name, and a vehicle that actually shows up — on time, clean, and ready.
We've been doing this across Denver, the mountains, and the entire Front Range. Weddings, proms, airport runs, corporate accounts, bachelor parties, milestone birthdays, if it matters enough to book a car, it matters enough to book the right one.
Book Your Ride
Every vehicle, every occasion
"Limo" doesn't mean one thing anymore. Sometimes it's a black sedan for a quiet airport transfer. Sometimes it's a Jet Van with hardwood floors and LED lighting for a wedding party. Sometimes it's a party bus for a birthday that's going to get loud.
We run all of them — and every vehicle is maintained by ASE-certified mechanics on OEM schedules. Leather interiors, climate control, charging ports, and bottled water are standard. Champagne service, charcuterie boards, and custom coolers are available.

Built for Denver
We know where to pull up at The Broadmoor, where the loading zones are at Ball Arena, which DIA terminal your airline uses, and how to get to Red Rocks without sitting in a 45-minute line. Denver-specific knowledge matters — especially when you're paying for a professional service.
Whether it's a corporate pickup downtown, a wedding in the foothills, or a night on Larimer Square, we've done it before and we know how to make it smooth.

Which vehicle for which night
People ask for "a limo" and mean eight different things. This is how we translate it.
Wedding day
Jet Van or Luxury Coach Van
The party moves together and the dress needs room. Chauffeur stages 30 minutes early on wedding days rather than the usual 15, because the schedule has no slack in it.
Bachelor and bachelorette
Party bus or Luxury Coach Van, quoted
Multiple stops, a long night, and nobody driving. Alcohol is fine for passengers 21 and over. Book early: for these vehicles the constraint is availability, not price.
Prom and graduation
Luxury Coach Van or party bus, quoted
Parents book, students ride, and the itinerary is fixed in advance. No alcohol, no exceptions, and the chauffeur holds to the route the booking party set.
Milestone birthday
Executive Van or party bus, quoted
Dinner, a show, a late stop. Multi-stop costs nothing extra beyond the time it takes.
Corporate and client hosting
Executive Sedan or Luxury SUV
A quiet, unbranded vehicle and a chauffeur who does not chat unless spoken to. Contracted accounts run on negotiated rates with a retainer and net 30 terms.
Brewery and distillery tours
Luxury Coach Van
Twelve seats, a designated route, and a driver who knows which taprooms have workable pull-ups. Time counts on the hourly clock, stops do not.
Concerts at Red Rocks and Ball Arena
Luxury SUV or Coach Van
The value here is the exit. Getting out of a venue lot after a show is the part people underestimate, and a pre-set meet point solves it.
Airport with a group
Luxury Coach Van or Executive Van
Twelve passengers with luggage, one vehicle, one confirmation. DEN pickup is curbside on Level 5; an inside meet with a name sign is $75.
Why limos are quoted instead of rate-carded
Our sedans, SUVs and vans carry published hourly rates. Stretch limousines, party buses and coach buses do not, and that is deliberate rather than evasive.
These vehicles are scarce. On a Saturday in June or the week of a graduation, the question is not what a party bus costs, it is whether one exists. Publishing a rate card for a vehicle we may not be able to put in front of you sets up a conversation that ends badly. Quoting confirms the vehicle and the price in the same step.
What that means for you in practice:
- Send the date, the passenger count, the pickup and the rough itinerary. That is enough to quote.
- You get a total, not a starting rate. Taxes, fuel surcharge, gratuity and card processing are already in it.
- The quote holds. There is no surge, and the price does not move between confirmation and pickup.
- Prom and wedding season book out months ahead. A quote in March for a May date is a different conversation than a quote in May.
- Seasonal offers are announced on our social channels rather than buried in a rate card.
For everything with a published rate, the two-hour minimum and the first 40 included miles apply the same way they do on any other booking.
Denver Limo Service FAQs
What types of vehicles do you have?
Our own fleet runs Executive Sedans, Executive and Luxury SUVs, Luxury Coach Vans, Executive/Jet Vans. Stretch limousines and party buses seating 20 to 50 are sourced through vetted Colorado PUC-certified affiliate operators held to our written standards. Every vehicle on an Arion booking is professionally maintained and fully insured.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible for weddings, proms, and holiday weekends. For standard service we ask for two hours' notice between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. Rush service inside two hours is available for a $50 fee — just call.
Do you have hourly minimums?
Executive Sedans and SUVs have a 2-hour minimum. Coach vans have a 3-hour minimum. Jet Vans, limousines, and buses have a 4-hour minimum. We'll confirm everything at booking.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We're Colorado PUC certified, a National Limousine Association member, and carry full general liability coverage. We're also a certified women-owned business.
Do you offer corporate accounts?
We do. Corporate accounts include dedicated account management, consolidated billing, ride tracking, and NDA compliance. Contact us to set one up.
How many passengers fit in your group vehicles?
Luxury Coach Van seats up to 12, the Executive/Jet Van seats 9 in VIP configuration, and buses run 20, 30, 40, and 50 passengers. Larger groups run multiple vehicles on one coordinated dispatch.
Can we bring alcohol on board?
Optional beverage service is available on group vehicles, and passengers 21+ may consume alcohol where Colorado law and the vehicle's licensing allow. Chauffeurs never drink on duty, and glass policies vary by vehicle.
Is there a minimum booking time for group vehicles?
Yes — group vehicles carry 3–4 hour minimums depending on the vehicle, and pricing is per vehicle rather than per person.
Which vehicle should I choose?
Match passengers plus luggage: Executive Sedan for 1–3 with light bags, Executive SUV for up to 5 with luggage, Luxury SUV for up to 6 in captain's-chair comfort, Luxury Coach Van or Luxury Coach Van for 7–12 or full ski gear, Executive/Jet Van for VIP groups of 9, and buses for 20–50.
Can we drink in the vehicle?
Alcohol is welcome for passengers 21 and over. Consumption by anyone under 21 is not permitted. Soda, water and refreshments are on board for everyone. Smoking is not permitted in any Arion vehicle, and a smoking incident carries a minimum $500 cleaning charge.
How do you keep a large group organized across several vehicles?
One point of contact per vehicle, not one for the whole group. Each chauffeur communicates directly with their own contact, and each vehicle departs once that contact confirms their group is ready, so one slow car does not hold the others. Vehicles usually travel in tandem, though we do not guarantee it.
What will I know before the trip?
Twenty-four hours before pickup you receive a text with your chauffeur's name, their contact number and photo, the vehicle and its license plate, and your full trip details, with a request to confirm everything is correct. You are then texted again when the chauffeur is on the way, when they are on location, when you are on board, and when the trip is complete. Both the passenger and whoever booked the trip receive every update, so an assistant booking on someone's behalf never has to chase a status. You can also track the vehicle's location from an hour before pickup and throughout the trip.
