Special Events Transportation
Special Events Transportation Denver
Your Night. Our Wheels.
Event transportation in Denver for bachelor parties, birthdays, prom, brewery tours, casino trips to Black Hawk, anniversary dinners, graduations, and every other occasion that deserves a professional ride.
Arion coordinates transportation for weddings, galas, corporate functions, concerts and private celebrations across Denver and the Rocky Mountain region. Vehicles range from Executive Sedans at $150 per hour to motorcoaches seating fifty, with multi-vehicle timelines managed by a single dispatcher. Every trip carries full commercial auto and general liability coverage.
Bachelor and bachelorette parties
Denver's bachelor and bachelorette scene spans RiNo breweries, Larimer Square bars, rooftop lounges downtown, and casino runs to Black Hawk — sometimes all in one night. A professional driver keeps the group together, on schedule, and off the road.
The party bus handles large groups. A Sprinter works for mid-size crews. An SUV or sedan covers the smaller celebrations. Whatever your headcount, we match the right vehicle and keep the night moving.

Brewery tours and casino runs
Denver has more than 100 craft breweries, and a brewery crawl without a driver is either very short or very irresponsible. We run brewery tour routes through RiNo, the Highlands, downtown, and out to Golden. New Belgium and Odell in Fort Collins too, if you want the full Colorado beer experience.
Black Hawk and Central City are 45 minutes from Denver up a winding canyon road that nobody should be driving after a night at the tables. We handle casino transportation regularly — pickup, drop-off, and a warm ride home no matter how late things go.

Birthdays, prom, graduation, and more
Milestone birthdays deserve better than an Uber. Prom night deserves a real car with a real chauffeur and parents who can sleep easy. Graduation celebrations, anniversary dinners, engagement surprises, holiday parties — we handle all of it with the same level of care and the same vehicle quality.
We're PUC certified, carry full general liability coverage insurance, and background-check every chauffeur. When the occasion matters, the details matter.

When to book, by event
The single most common reason a group ends up in the wrong vehicle is timing. Group vehicles sell out long before they get expensive.
- Weddings — six to twelve months out
- Saturdays from June through September go first, and a wedding usually needs more than one vehicle: the party, the family, the late shuttle back to the hotel. Book the date before you finalize the timeline; the timeline can move, the vehicle cannot.
- Prom — two to three months out
- Every high school in the metro picks the same three weekends in April and May. Parents book, students ride, and the itinerary is agreed in advance and held to.
- Bachelor and bachelorette parties — one to two months out
- Usually a Saturday, usually multiple stops, usually a party bus or coach van. Both are quote-only vehicles, and quoting confirms availability in the same step as the price.
- Concerts and games — two to four weeks out
- Red Rocks and Ball Arena nights cluster. What you are really buying is the exit: a pre-set meet point away from the lot queue, agreed before you go in.
- Holiday parties — book in October
- The first three weekends of December are the tightest nights of the year in Denver, tighter than New Year's Eve. Companies that book in October get the vehicle they wanted.
- Dinner, birthdays, a night out — two hours to two days
- Standard bookings need two hours' notice between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. Anything inside two hours is rush service at $50 when we can staff it. Pickups falling between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. must be booked before the dispatch desk closes at 10, since nobody is there overnight to arrange a new one. Chauffeurs run around the clock; the booking desk does not.
What actually moves the price
Event transportation is priced per vehicle and per hour, never per person. Four things move the number, and none of them is demand.
Vehicle size
The jump from a Luxury SUV to a Coach Van is the largest single step in any quote. Splitting fourteen people across two SUVs usually costs more than one van and is worse to ride in.
Hours on the clock
From scheduled pickup to final drop. Group vehicles carry three and four-hour minimums. Extra stops add time, not fees.
Distance past the first 40 miles
Forty miles are included in every booking. A downtown night never touches that. A wedding in the foothills will.
Date
Not surge, and not a holiday multiplier. A December Saturday costs what a March Saturday costs. What changes is whether the vehicle is still there to book.
Taxes, the fuel surcharge, gratuity and card processing are added on top of the hourly rate and shown in full on the quote before you confirm. Nothing appears afterward that was not on the quote, apart from time you added on the night and any cleaning beyond normal wear. Cancel 48 hours or more ahead and there is no charge; inside 48 hours it is 50 percent; inside 24 hours the booking is charged in full.
Special Events FAQs
What events do you cover?
Bachelor and bachelorette parties, birthdays, anniversaries, prom, graduation, brewery tours, casino trips, nights out, holiday parties, sporting events, concerts — if it's an occasion worth celebrating, we'll get you there.
Can we do a brewery tour with the party bus?
Absolutely. We'll drive you between breweries, wait at each stop, and handle the route planning. It's one of our most popular Denver bookings.
Do you go to Black Hawk and Central City?
Yes. We run casino transportation regularly. The canyon road is winding and not somewhere you want to be driving late at night, that's what your chauffeur is for.
Is prom service safe?
Very. We're PUC certified, carry full general liability coverage insurance, and every chauffeur is background-checked and professionally trained. Parents book with us specifically for the safety factor.
How do I choose the right vehicle?
Tell us your group size and what kind of event it is. We'll recommend the best vehicle — sedan for a quiet dinner, SUV for a small group, Sprinter for a wedding party, or party bus for a full celebration.
How does concert pickup work after the show?
Your chauffeur confirms a meeting point before the show and stays with the vehicle, then texts you the exact location as the encore ends — every venue handles pickups differently, so the driver coordinates it directly with you. You walk to a waiting vehicle instead of queuing in a lot or waiting on surge pricing.
Will my driver wait during the event?
Yes. On hourly service the vehicle and chauffeur stay with your party for the full event. On point-to-point service we return at a scheduled time — either way you have one named contact, not a new stranger each leg.
How early should we leave for a Red Rocks or downtown show?
For Red Rocks, plan to arrive 90 minutes before doors: parking lots and the access road back up hard, and the walk from upper lots is steep at altitude. Downtown venues need 45–60 minutes of buffer on game nights and during rush hour.
Is private transportation cheaper than parking and rideshare for a group?
For three or more people it is often comparable once you add parking, surge pricing on the way out, and the risk of no ride at 11 p.m. — and nobody in your party has to skip drinks or drive a mountain road afterward.
How do we find our driver at other venues?
Your chauffeur texts you the exact meeting spot. Every venue handles post-event pickups differently, and the workable spot on a sold-out night is not always the one on the map, so we coordinate it directly with you rather than promising a location that staff may move.
How do you keep a large group organized across several vehicles?
One point of contact per vehicle, not one for the whole group. Each chauffeur communicates directly with their own contact, and each vehicle departs once that contact confirms their group is ready, so one slow car does not hold the others. Vehicles usually travel in tandem, though we do not guarantee it.
Can we drink in the vehicle?
Alcohol is welcome for passengers 21 and over. Consumption by anyone under 21 is not permitted. Soda, water and refreshments are on board for everyone. Smoking is not permitted in any Arion vehicle, and a smoking incident carries a minimum $500 cleaning charge.
What will I know before the trip?
Twenty-four hours before pickup you receive a text with your chauffeur's name, their contact number and photo, the vehicle and its license plate, and your full trip details, with a request to confirm everything is correct. You are then texted again when the chauffeur is on the way, when they are on location, when you are on board, and when the trip is complete. Both the passenger and whoever booked the trip receive every update, so an assistant booking on someone's behalf never has to chase a status. You can also track the vehicle's location from an hour before pickup and throughout the trip.
