The Federal Blvd approach — while everyone else sits on I-25
On Broncos Sundays, I-25 between 6th Avenue and Colfax becomes a parking lot starting 2 hours before kickoff. The lots around Empower Field fill early, tailgaters claim spots by 8 AM for a 2 PM game, and the post-game exit can take 45 minutes to an hour.
We approach from Federal Blvd, drop you at the gate entrance, and your chauffeur repositions to a staging area. When the fourth quarter starts, we move into position. Game over — you walk out, we're there. No tailgate teardown, no lot crawl, no cold wait for an Uber that's 23 minutes away with 4.2x surge.

Game day logistics — what actually happens
Before the game: We pick you up from home, your hotel, or a restaurant downtown. For a 2:25 PM kickoff, we have you at the gate by 1:00 PM — time for the concourse, your seat, and the flyover.
During the game: Your chauffeur monitors the broadcast. By the start of the fourth quarter, the vehicle is staged near your exit gate.
After the game: We text you the exact pickup location. You walk out through the gate and get in. While 76,000 other fans are sitting in their cars waiting to merge onto I-25, you're already on the highway heading home.
Same choreography for concerts, international soccer matches, and special events at Mile High. The venue changes its name every few years — the traffic pattern stays the same.

What we've learned from years of Broncos game days.
Where do you drop off at Empower Field?
We drop off as close to your gate as traffic allows — typically on Federal Blvd near the main entrance. For VIP and suite holders, we can use the designated premium drop-off zones.
Can I keep the vehicle during the game?
Yes. Your chauffeur either stages nearby and monitors the game, or you can keep the vehicle running for tailgate use. Either way, we're there when you're ready to leave.
Do you handle Broncos tailgate transportation?
Absolutely. Our Sprinter and party bus are popular for tailgate groups. We drop you at the lot, you tailgate, and we pick you up after the game. No designated driver needed.
What about concerts and other events at Mile High?
Same service for concerts, international soccer, lacrosse, and any other event. We adjust the timing based on the specific event schedule.
How do you handle post-game traffic?
We stage before the event ends and use alternate routes to avoid the I-25 bottleneck. Most of our clients are on the highway before the lots even start clearing.
How does concert pickup work after the show?
Your chauffeur confirms a meeting point before the show and stays with the vehicle, then texts you the exact location as the encore ends — every venue handles pickups differently, so the driver coordinates it directly with you. You walk to a waiting vehicle instead of queuing in a lot or waiting on surge pricing.
Will my driver wait during the event?
Yes. On hourly service the vehicle and chauffeur stay with your party for the full event. On point-to-point service we return at a scheduled time — either way you have one named contact, not a new stranger each leg.
How early should we leave for a Red Rocks or downtown show?
For Red Rocks, plan to arrive 90 minutes before doors: parking lots and the access road back up hard, and the walk from upper lots is steep at altitude. Downtown venues need 45–60 minutes of buffer on game nights and during rush hour.
Is private transportation cheaper than parking and rideshare for a group?
For three or more people it is often comparable once you add parking, surge pricing on the way out, and the risk of no ride at 11 p.m. — and nobody in your party has to skip drinks or drive a mountain road afterward.
How do we find our driver at other venues?
Your chauffeur texts you the exact meeting spot. Every venue handles post-event pickups differently, and the workable spot on a sold-out night is not always the one on the map, so we coordinate it directly with you rather than promising a location that staff may move.
What will I know before the trip?
Twenty-four hours before pickup you receive a text with your chauffeur's name, their contact number and photo, the vehicle and its license plate, and your full trip details, with a request to confirm everything is correct. You are then texted again when the chauffeur is on the way, when they are on location, when you are on board, and when the trip is complete. Both the passenger and whoever booked the trip receive every update, so an assistant booking on someone's behalf never has to chase a status. You can also track the vehicle's location from an hour before pickup and throughout the trip.
