I am a Denver native and small business owner. I come to Arion with over 20 years of experience in event and concert production. After proudly graduating from CU Boulder, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of artists and brands over the years, including industry leaders like iHeartMedia, AEG, Molson Coors, Vail Resorts, InBev and countless others. I have worked in the worlds of event planning, concert production, talent buying, fine dining, catering and high-end hospitality.
Along the way, my clients have taught me that the difference between a good experience and an unforgettable one always comes down to the details.
Luxury isn’t one-size-fits-all — it’s personal, it’s intentional, and above all, it’s about how you make people feel. I believe exceptional experiences don’t happen by accident, and true quality doesn’t come from shortcuts. At the end of the day, luxury isn’t about exclusivity or extravagance. It’s about making people feel like the experience was created just for them.

Concierge Services
Every VIP experience is a custom quote based on the date, hours, vehicle and stops. Venues, tickets, food and drinks are paid separately, and venues bill you directly.
From the Friday after Thanksgiving through December 30. In 2026 that is November 27 to December 30. Evenings book up first, so send your date early.

The rewards program in Arion’s booking app. Member is free for everyone. Premier members get 5% of every trip back as trip credit. Reserve members get 10% back plus perks like Free Flex cancellation up to 4 hours before pickup, free meet-and-greet and preferred-chauffeur requests.
Every trip counts over a rolling 12 months. You can qualify by completed rides, trip spend (money collected, not including gratuity) or referrals who complete a first ride. Once you earn a level, you keep it for 12 months. Premier: 6 completed transfers, $1,500 in trip spend or 2 referrals who ride. Reserve: 15 completed transfers, $5,000 in trip spend or 5 referrals who ride. Any one of the three qualifies.
Yes. Company Premier starts at $25,000 a year with 3% back, and Company Reserve starts at $75,000 a year with 5% back. Both include a dedicated account manager, priority dispatch and a quarterly travel report.
The program has new names. Gold is now Premier and Black Card is now Reserve, under the program name Privé Privileges. The perks and credit rates are the same.

Monthly-billed companies see the credit as a line on the invoice. Companies that pay per trip get company trip credit, which is applied automatically to the next trip and never expires. Travelers don’t earn personally on trips billed to the company.
This is an estimate only. Premier and Reserve credit applies once you have earned that level. Credit is earned on money actually collected for completed trips, not including gratuity. Company levels start at $25,000 a year (3% back) and $75,000 a year (5% back).
Every trip counts over a rolling 12 months. Reach a level through any one of the three, and you keep it for 12 months.
A ride counts once it’s completed. Cancelled rides don’t count.
