★★★★★ 5.0 Google | High repeat client rate | Women-owned · Colorado-based | Serving Denver since 2019

It starts the moment the door opens. Your chauffeur is already there — suited, smiling, holding a chilled glass of champagne. The charcuterie board is set. Your playlist is queued. And the mountains are waiting.

This isn't a bus tour. There's no PA system, no 47-passenger crowd, no stopping at gift shops you didn't ask for. This is your day. Your group. Your pace. A private guide who knows the back roads, the hidden overlooks, and the restaurants the locals keep to themselves.

"Jim truly created a one-of-a-kind experience for us. Professional, kind, and full of interesting facts about the area. If you're looking for a private customized tour — this is the place to call."

The Arion Difference

We're a boutique company, and that's the whole point.

Christal and Jim Becker built Arion around one belief: people deserve to feel valued, not processed. We answer our own phones. We remember your preferences. We don't hand you off to a dispatch center or a driver who's never been to the summit.

When you book a tour with us, your chauffeur is also your local guide, your photographer, and the person who made the restaurant reservation, secured the timed-entry pass, and knows which overlook catches the afternoon light. That's what "private tour" actually means.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are tours private?

Yes. Every Arion tour is private to your party in your own vehicle with your own chauffeur-guide, no strangers, no fixed departure time, and stops adjusted to your interests and pace.

How long are your tours and can they be customized?

Most run 4–8 hours and all are customizable: swap stops, add a lunch reservation, extend for sunset, or build a full-day itinerary. Tours are hourly, so the day is yours to shape.

Do tour prices include entry fees, food, or drinks?

Vehicle and chauffeur time is included. Park entry, tastings, meals, and attraction tickets are separate unless quoted as a package, and we will handle reservations and timed-entry permits on request.

Which vehicle should I choose?

Match passengers plus luggage: Executive Sedan for 1–3 with light bags, Executive SUV for up to 5 with luggage, Luxury SUV for up to 6 in captain's-chair comfort, Luxury Coach Van or Luxury Coach Van for 7–12 or full ski gear, Executive/Jet Van for VIP groups of 9, and buses for 20–50.

Are all vehicles AWD or 4WD for mountain travel?

Mountain-assigned SUVs and vans are AWD/4WD on winter-rated tires and carry chains, meeting Colorado's Traction Law. Executive Sedans are assigned to Front Range and metro work in winter conditions.

Is Arion licensed and insured?

Yes. Arion, LLC is a Colorado PUC-certified passenger carrier operating as Arion Transportation and Tours. Every vehicle and every trip is fully insured, well beyond what a rideshare driver carries.

How much does Arion cost per hour?

Rates are hourly and per vehicle, not per person: Executive Sedan from $150/hr, Executive SUV from $125/hr, Luxury SUV from $150/hr, and group vehicles (Luxury Coach Van, Executive/Jet Van, buses) from $250/hr. Hourly minimums apply by vehicle, hourly trips include up to 40 total miles of travel per booking, and your exact total is shown before you confirm.

Are there hidden fees or surge pricing?

No. Arion does not surge for holidays, ski season, concert nights, or storms. Trips that exceed 40 total miles add a per-vehicle mileage charge, and that is calculated and displayed before you book. Gratuity is not included and is always at your discretion.

What is Arion's cancellation policy?

Cancel 48 or more hours before pickup for a full refund. Cancellations 24 to 48 hours before pickup receive a 50% refund. Inside 24 hours there is no refund, and no-shows are non-refundable. Tours require 7 days' notice. Documented medical emergencies and weather or venue closures are reviewed case by case.

Can we drink in the vehicle?

Alcohol is welcome for passengers 21 and over. Consumption by anyone under 21 is not permitted. Soda, water and refreshments are on board for everyone. Smoking is not permitted in any Arion vehicle, and a smoking incident carries a minimum $500 cleaning charge.

What will I know before the trip?

Twenty-four hours before pickup you receive a text with your chauffeur's name, their contact number and photo, the vehicle and its license plate, and your full trip details, with a request to confirm everything is correct. You are then texted again when the chauffeur is on the way, when they are on location, when you are on board, and when the trip is complete. Both the passenger and whoever booked the trip receive every update, so an assistant booking on someone's behalf never has to chase a status. You can also track the vehicle's location from an hour before pickup and throughout the trip.

Can we make a stop along the way?

Yes, and there is no added charge for a stop. Keep in mind that it extends the trip. A gear stop or a grocery run on the way to the mountains adds real time, and on hourly bookings that time counts. Any overage is charged when the trip is complete.
