Arion charges by the hour with no surge pricing: Executive Sedans $150, executive SUVs $125, luxury SUVs $150, Luxury Coach Van $250 and the Executive/Jet Van $325. Executive Sedans and SUVs carry a two-hour minimum, larger vehicles three to four hours. Hourly trips include up to 40 total miles of travel per booking, with mileage beyond that adjusted on the order, and cancellations 48 hours or more ahead are fully refunded, 24 to 48 hours out are 50% refunded, and inside 24 hours are non-refundable.

Stretch limousines, party buses and coach buses are quote only. They are priced per event, and the quote confirms the vehicle is actually available for your date — the larger vehicles sell out early for concerts, proms and holiday weekends.

Trips that exceed that allowance are adjusted to account for the additional mileage at a per-mile rate that varies by vehicle. How does Arion's pricing work?
Our rates are hourly, per vehicle — not per person. You see your exact rate based on trip details and vehicle preference before booking. No hidden fees, no surge pricing, no surprises.
Is there a minimum booking time?
Yes — each vehicle has an hourly minimum: 2 hours for sedans and SUVs, 3 hours for the Luxury Coach Van and Jet Van, and 4 hours for the Executive Van, buses, and limos. We ask for two hours' notice for pickups between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m., and booking before 10 p.m. for an overnight pickup. You'll see the full pricing breakdown on our booking system before confirming.
Do rates change during holidays or peak season?
No. Unlike rideshare apps, our rates don't surge during holidays, ski season, concert nights, or bad weather. The rate you see is the rate you pay.
Are tips included?
Tips are not included in the base rate and are at your discretion. Our chauffeurs appreciate gratuity for excellent service, but it's never expected.

Do you offer corporate or group rates?
Yes. Corporate accounts, recurring clients, and large groups may qualify for customized rates. Contact our team to discuss.
Which vehicle should I choose?
Match passengers plus luggage: Executive Sedan for 1–3 with light bags, Executive SUV for up to 5 with luggage, Luxury SUV for up to 6 in captain's-chair comfort, Luxury Coach Van or Luxury Coach Van for 7–12 or full ski gear, Executive/Jet Van for VIP groups of 9, and buses for 20–50.
Are all vehicles AWD or 4WD for mountain travel?
Mountain-assigned SUVs and vans are AWD/4WD on winter-rated tires and carry chains, meeting Colorado's Traction Law. Executive Sedans are assigned to Front Range and metro work in winter conditions.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card through our website at the time of booking is our preferred method — Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Unless the trip is inside a week, we do not process payment immediately. We can also take payment by Zelle or Venmo.
How much luggage fits?
An Executive or Luxury SUV holds 8 standard bags or 4 ski sets. Our vans hold 14 bags or 6 ski sets, and an Executive Sedan holds 3 bags. If you are travelling with skis, boards, golf clubs or oversized gear, tell us at booking and we will size the vehicle to the pile, not the headcount.
What happens if Arion has to cancel my reservation?
It is rare, but if we cannot source a vehicle and chauffeur in time you hear it from a person. Dispatch calls you directly, then follows up by text and email so you have everything in writing. Because we do not typically charge until seven days before the trip, there is usually nothing to refund. If your card was already charged you receive a full refund, and banking timelines mean it takes five to ten business days to appear.
Is there a cleaning fee?
We do not expect a vehicle to come back immaculate; that is what a long day on the road looks like, and normal wear is on us. If excessive cleaning is required, the cost is assessed from a professional detailer's fee schedule and billed to the client. Biohazard cleanup, meaning vomit, blood or other bodily fluids, starts at $250 and is billed at the detailer's actual cost if it runs higher. Smoking of any kind in the vehicle is $500.
How do I pay?
All reservations are paid in advance. We accept credit cards of all types, Zelle and Venmo. Contracted business accounts can pay by check or ACH under their agreed deposit and net 30 terms. Cards are typically charged seven days before the trip rather than at booking.
Can we make a stop along the way?
Yes, and there is no added charge for a stop. Keep in mind that it extends the trip. A gear stop or a grocery run on the way to the mountains adds real time, and on hourly bookings that time counts. Any overage is charged when the trip is complete.
How early does the chauffeur arrive for a Denver metro pickup?
Ten to fifteen minutes before your scheduled departure time. Your chauffeur is on site and ready before the clock starts, so you are never waiting on us. In snow or heavy weather dispatch may push that to as much as 30 minutes early, at their discretion, based on road conditions that morning.
