Real Experiences with Arion

Real stories from real clients. Not testimonials we wrote, experiences they lived, in their own words.

We're a luxury transportation company. On paper, we drive people from point A to point B. In practice, something more happens.

STUDENT & FAMILY Class of 2026

Ella Brown — Our Most Frequent Traveler, 236 Trips

Denver ↔ Evergreen High School · Daily commute · 3+ years

"Over time, those daily drives became more than a commute. They were my transition space — a quiet hour between two worlds where I could think or rest. He understood the kind of care that doesn't need words."

When Ella's family moved from Evergreen to Westminster, she refused to leave her high school behind. Her family found a driver named Jim through Arion to make the daily commute from Westminster to Evergreen — and the surrounding area depending on her after-school sports schedule. Over 236 trips, Jim became more than a driver — he became a trusted presence who showed up with the same care on trip 236 as he did on trip 1. Ella wrote about Jim in her University of Colorado Boulder entrance essay.

RED ROCKS Concert Night

Marc, Red Rocks, stress-free

Denver → Red Rocks Amphitheatre · Drop-off & pickup · Round trip

"Coordinating transportation at Red Rocks can be tricky with the crowds and traffic, but Jim made it completely stress-free. He knew exactly where to go, timed everything perfectly, and ensured a smooth arrival and an easy, efficient pickup after the show."

— Marc Martinangelo, Google Review (Local Guide · 21 reviews)

Anyone who's been to Red Rocks knows the drill. You leave early, fight traffic on I-70, circle the lots hoping for a decent spot, hike up to the amphitheatre, and after the show you sit in a line of 9,000 cars trying to get back down the mountain. It's the one part of Red Rocks nobody talks about in the Instagram posts.

Marc booked Arion for a concert and got a completely different night. Jim dropped him at the Top Circle Gate, the closest access point to the amphitheatre entrance, reserved for professional car services. No parking lot. No hiking. Just a short walk to the venue.

After the show, while thousands of people were funneling toward dark parking lots and waiting in 30–45 minute exit lines, Marc walked out and his car was already there. That's the part that surprised him — the timing. Jim tracks the setlist and monitors the show so he's positioned and ready before the encore ends. Marc described it as "flawless."

The vehicle was immaculate. The ride was comfortable. And the whole evening — from pickup to drop-off at Red Rocks to the ride home — felt handled. No logistics to manage, no sobriety to calculate, no stress about mountain roads in the dark.

Marc left a 5-star review and said it plainly: "This is a service you can trust without hesitation." He's a Local Guide with 21 reviews — he doesn't hand those out lightly.

"What really stood out was the level of reliability and class Arion delivers. Whether it's for a concert at Red Rocks or any special occasion, this is a service you can trust without hesitation. Highly recommend Arion, and if you can, ask for Jim — you won't be disappointed."

Frequently Asked Questions

How are Arion chauffeurs screened and trained?

Every chauffeur passes a criminal background check, MVR review, and drug testing, then trains against Arion's written Driver Excellence Manual and SOP covering ice driving, airport procedure, passenger assistance, and discretion — with annual recertification.

What insurance and licensing does Arion carry?

Colorado PUC authority as a certificated passenger carrier, fully insured on every vehicle and every trip. Certificates of insurance are available for venues and corporate vendor onboarding.

Do you offer point-to-point trips as well as hourly service?

Both. Point-to-point is priced for a single transfer such as home to DEN or hotel to a venue. Hourly (as-directed) service keeps the same chauffeur and vehicle for dinners, meetings, tours, and multi-stop nights.

Can I set up a recurring or corporate account?

Yes. Recurring commuters, executive assistants, hotels, and event planners get a standing profile with preferred vehicle, saved addresses, consolidated monthly invoicing, and priority dispatch.

Are your chauffeurs local?

Yes. Arion's chauffeurs live and drive here, Denver one-ways, I-70 and I-25 timing, canyon roads, resort access, and DEN's arrival flow are learned routes, not GPS guesses.

Is Arion licensed and insured?

Yes. Arion, LLC is a Colorado PUC-certified passenger carrier operating as Arion Transportation and Tours. Every vehicle and every trip is fully insured, well beyond what a rideshare driver carries.

How much does Arion cost per hour?

Rates are hourly and per vehicle, not per person: Executive Sedan from $150/hr, Executive SUV from $125/hr, Luxury SUV from $150/hr, and group vehicles (Luxury Coach Van, Executive/Jet Van, buses) from $250/hr. Hourly minimums apply by vehicle, hourly trips include up to 40 total miles of travel per booking, and your exact total is shown before you confirm.

Are there hidden fees or surge pricing?

No. Arion does not surge for holidays, ski season, concert nights, or storms. Trips that exceed 40 total miles add a per-vehicle mileage charge, and that is calculated and displayed before you book. Gratuity is not included and is always at your discretion.

What is Arion's cancellation policy?

Cancel 48 or more hours before pickup for a full refund. Cancellations 24 to 48 hours before pickup receive a 50% refund. Inside 24 hours there is no refund, and no-shows are non-refundable. Tours require 7 days' notice. Documented medical emergencies and weather or venue closures are reviewed case by case.

Ready to experience it yourself?

Because You Matter. Professional chauffeurs, luxury vehicles, and a level of care you'll remember.
