Quick Answer: Book in October if your party is on a December Friday or Saturday. We bill by the hour, the car stays with your group all night, and the rate doesn't change once you book. Work out the ride home before anything else: an early group home and a second run later, or a car that stays on site.
Book the car in October
Six nights carry most of the season: the Fridays and Saturdays of December 4–5, 11–12 and 18–19. Every company in the metro wants one of them, and there are only so many chauffeured vehicles in Colorado. By late November most of those nights are spoken for.
Thursdays are wide open. So is almost anything after December 20. If the date can move, move it.
The rest of the planning is short. Date, venue and a rough headcount get the car held. Pickup points and the plan for getting people home can wait until early November, the final headcount until late November. We only need names if you want a passenger manifest.
How the bill works
By the hour. The clock starts at the first pickup and stops at the last drop. Waiting is included, no mileage charge, and the chauffeur stays with your group between runs instead of leaving for another job.
The rate is set the day you book. A snowstorm doesn't change it. Neither does an 11:45 p.m. finish.
| Vehicle | Passengers | Hourly rate | Minimum |
|---|---|---|---|
| Luxury Sedan | 3 | $154.50 | 2 hours |
| Executive SUV | 5 | $154.50 | 2 hours |
| Luxury SUV | 6 | $180.25 | 2 hours |
| Luxury Coach Van | 12 | $231.75 | 2 hours |
| Executive Van / Jet Van | 9 | $283.25 | 4 hours |
| Stretch limousine, party buses, coach buses | 10 to 57 | Quote only | 4 hours (56-passenger coach: 5) |
A four-hour night in a Jet Van: 4 × $283.25 = $1,133, all-in, gratuity optional. The rest of the vehicles are on the fleet page.
Rates shown are all-in. All prices are all-in: taxes, fuel and card processing included. Gratuity is optional and never added automatically. Gratuity is never auto-added.
Count pickup points, not just people
Twelve people leaving one office fit in one Luxury Coach Van. Twelve people leaving twelve houses across the metro spend the first hour of the party in traffic.
Here's what we usually send:
- 3 to 5 people: Executive SUV. Good for a leadership table or a client dinner before the party.
- 6: Luxury SUV, which seats six on Denver trips.
- 7 to 9: Jet Van, with room for coats.
- 10 to 12: Luxury Coach Van, the biggest thing we run short of a bus.
- 13 to 40: a party bus, or two vans on two pickup routes.
- 41 to 57: a coach bus, straight to the venue and back.
Send us the neighborhoods your people live in. We'll pick a couple of spots to gather them.
Plan the ride home first
Getting there is easy. Nobody leaves a holiday party at the same time, though. Part of the room is out by 9:30 and the last few are still there at 12:30.
There are two ways to handle it. The car can run an early group home and come back for the late one, which costs the least for a group under twenty living close together. Or the car and chauffeur stay on site all night and pull up when someone texts. Book that one if leadership needs to leave on its own schedule.
The safety part is real. In December 2023, 1,038 people died in drunk-driving crashes in the U.S., according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. When the ride home is already booked, nobody at the party has to decide whether they're fine to drive.
Passengers 21 and over can drink aboard. No smoking or vaping.
What we need for a quote
- Date and venue address.
- Headcount. Rough is fine.
- Where people are coming from: one office, a hotel or several neighborhoods.
- Start time, and the latest anyone will leave.
- Early-group return or a car on site all night.
Send that to dispatch, or request a quote on the holiday party transportation page. Accounts and invoicing for the rest of the year are on our corporate transportation page.

Frequently Asked Questions
When should we book transportation for a December company holiday party in Denver?
Book in October for any Friday or Saturday in the first three weeks of December. In 2026 that means December 4–5, 11–12 and 18–19. Weeknights and dates after December 20 stay available much later.
How is holiday party transportation billed?
By the hour, with the vehicle dedicated to your group from the first pickup to the final drop. Waiting time is included, there is no mileage charge, and the rate is locked when you book.
What vehicle do we need for 12 people?
A Luxury Coach Van carries 12 passengers if everyone gathers at one pickup point. If the group is coming from several neighborhoods, two smaller vehicles running two routes usually work better.
Can we drink in the vehicle?
Yes, passengers 21 and over may drink aboard. Smoking and vaping are not allowed.
How do we get people home when they leave at different times?
Either book staggered returns, where the vehicle runs an early wave and comes back for a late one, or keep a vehicle on site all evening that comes forward when someone texts.
