DEN Pickup & Meet-and-Greet
Where You Actually Meet Your Car at DEN
The pickup procedure at Denver International Airport — which door, which island, who calls whom, and what happens when your flight is early, late or on a different concourse.
At DEN, pre-arranged car service is met on Level 5. Collect your bags, exit Door 511 on the east side or Door 506 on the west, and check in at the limo booth on Island 2 — the attendant dispatches your vehicle from the holding lot. Arion tracks your flight and texts your chauffeur's name and number before you land.
Where do I meet my car service at Denver airport?
Level 5, Island 2
Denver International Airport directs passengers with pre-arranged limousine and black car service to the limo booths outside Jeppesen Terminal on Level 5, Island 2. After baggage claim, exit Door 511 if you are on the east side of the terminal or Door 506 on the west, then check in at the booth.
What you tell the attendant
Give the attendant the company name — Arion — and your last name. The attendant contacts the holding lot and releases your vehicle, which arrives at the island within a few minutes. This is DEN's system, not ours; every compliant operator works the same way.
Airport instructions change
DEN periodically adjusts doors, islands and commercial vehicle staging, especially during construction. Check the airport's own parking and transportation page for current guidance, and rely on the confirmation text we send — it names the specific door for your arrival.
Curbside is Level 5, not Level 4
Level 4 is departures. If you find yourself at a departures curb looking for a pickup, you are one level too low. Ride the escalator up.
Does Arion meet passengers inside the terminal?
Standard service is Level 5 curbside
For most arrivals the chauffeur meets you at the vehicle on Level 5. It is faster than an inside greeting, because DEN's commercial vehicle system holds vehicles in a lot until you check in at the booth.
Inside meet-and-greet on request
For elderly passengers, unaccompanied minors, first-time visitors and clients who ask for it, we arrange an inside greeting where the chauffeur meets you at the top of the escalators from your baggage claim with a discreet name sign. Request it when booking — it requires extra staffing time and cannot be added on arrival.
International arrivals
International flights clear customs in the terminal and exit into the same Level 5 area. Customs timing is unpredictable, which is why we track your actual gate arrival and hold the vehicle rather than working from your scheduled time.
Discretion
No signage with a company logo, and no name displayed publicly unless you want it. See discretion and client privacy.
How does Arion know when my flight lands?
Flight tracking, not guesswork
Give us your airline and flight number at booking and dispatch tracks the actual arrival, including gate changes, diversions and taxi delays. If you land 40 minutes early, the vehicle is already in the holding lot.
You get the chauffeur's name and number
Before you land you receive a text with your chauffeur's first name, the vehicle description and a direct number. You are not calling a call center from a baggage carousel.
If your flight is delayed or cancelled
We do not cancel your reservation because the airline changed your plans. Dispatch tracks the flight and holds the booking for your new arrival. We only cancel if you direct us to, or if we cannot reach you by phone, text and email one hour after your flight has gated. See the DEN weather and disruption guide.
If you cannot find us
Call (970) 703-4995. Dispatch can see where the vehicle is and where you are, and will talk you to the right door rather than leaving you searching.
How long will the chauffeur wait?
30 minutes free at the airport
Airport arrivals include 30 minutes of complimentary wait time from actual landing, which is generous by the standards of the industry and reflects how long DEN baggage claim genuinely takes. Non-airport pickups include 15 minutes.
Why baggage claim eats the clock
DEN's baggage delivery from a far concourse can take 25 minutes on its own, plus the train from Concourse B or C. We build that into the wait window instead of billing you for the airport's timeline.
After the free window
Beyond the included wait, time is billed in line with the vehicle's hourly rate. Dispatch calls you before that happens — there is no silent meter.
Departures from DEN
For outbound flights we recommend pickup three hours before a domestic departure and four hours in winter or during peak holiday periods, when the security queue and I-70 or E-470 conditions are both less predictable.
What does DEN pickup cost?
Hourly, with the first 40 miles included
Airport service is billed at the vehicle's hourly rate — sedan $100, executive SUV $125, luxury SUV $150 — with a two-hour minimum and the first 40 miles included. There is no surge pricing at any hour, including 2 a.m. arrivals.
Airport fees
DEN charges commercial ground transportation operators a per-trip fee, which appears as a line item rather than being buried in the rate. Full detail on the pricing and fees page.
Late-night and early-morning arrivals
We run 24 hours. A 1:40 a.m. arrival costs the same hourly rate as a 1:40 p.m. arrival, which is not true of on-demand apps at that hour.
Which vehicle
Match the vehicle to passengers plus bags, not passengers alone — see the vehicle selection guide.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I meet my car service at Denver International Airport?
On Level 5. Collect your luggage, exit Door 511 on the east side of Jeppesen Terminal or Door 506 on the west, and check in at the limo booth on Island 2. Give the attendant the name Arion and your last name, and the booth dispatches your vehicle from the holding lot.
Does Arion meet you inside the terminal at DEN?
Standard pickups are met at the vehicle on Level 5, which is faster under DEN's commercial vehicle system. An inside meet-and-greet with a name sign is available on request at booking — commonly for elderly passengers, minors and first-time visitors — but cannot be added after you land.
How long does my chauffeur wait at the airport?
Airport arrivals include 30 minutes of complimentary wait time measured from your actual landing, not your scheduled time. Non-airport pickups include 15 minutes. Beyond that, time is billed at the vehicle's hourly rate, and dispatch calls you before any charge applies.
How will I know which car is mine?
Before you land you receive a text with your chauffeur's first name, the vehicle description and a direct phone number. If anything goes wrong, call dispatch at (970) 703-4995 — we can see the vehicle's position and talk you to the right door.
Do you track my flight if it's delayed?
Yes. Give us your airline and flight number at booking and dispatch monitors the actual arrival, including gate changes and diversions. Early arrivals are covered too — the vehicle is in the holding lot before you reach baggage claim.
What happens if my flight is cancelled?
We do not cancel the reservation — dispatch holds it and moves it to your new arrival at no penalty. The only reasons we would cancel are your own instruction, or no response by phone, text and email one hour after your flight has gated. Full detail in the DEN weather and disruption guide.
How early should I be picked up for a departing flight from DEN?
Three hours before a domestic departure under normal conditions, and four hours in winter or over peak holidays, when both the security queue and highway conditions are less predictable. International departures follow your airline's guidance plus travel time.
Is DEN pickup more expensive late at night?
No. Arion bills the vehicle's hourly rate at every hour — sedan $100, executive SUV $125, luxury SUV $150 — with a two-hour minimum and no surge pricing. A 2 a.m. arrival costs the same as a 2 p.m. arrival.
Which door is Arion at, 506 or 511?
It depends on which side of Jeppesen Terminal your baggage claim is on — Door 511 on the east, Door 506 on the west. Your confirmation text names the specific door for your arrival, and DEN's own transportation page reflects any current changes.
Land, walk out, get in.
