Which vehicle should I choose?

Are all vehicles AWD or 4WD for mountain travel?
Mountain-assigned SUVs and vans are AWD/4WD on winter-rated tires and carry chains, meeting Colorado's Traction Law. Luxury Sedans are assigned to Front Range and metro work in winter conditions.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Two hours for any pickup between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. Inside two hours it is Rush service for an additional $50, and we only confirm it once a driver is assigned. We will not take a booking we cannot cover. For a pickup between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., book before 10 p.m., when our office is staffed. Service itself runs 24/7, 365.
How much wait time is included?
Fifteen minutes free on non-airport transfers and 30 minutes on airport arrivals, after which the vehicle's hourly rate applies, prorated in fifteen-minute increments. Delays outside your control — a late flight, slow or lost bags — are never billed as wait time; the clock runs only when the extra time is your choice. Airport arrivals work differently and more generously: your pickup is set thirty minutes after your actual arrival, and the complimentary thirty-minute wait window begins at that pickup time — so you have roughly an hour on the ground before any wait time applies. Do you provide car seats?
Yes. We carry rear-facing seats, forward-facing seats and boosters — tell us the type and count when you book so the right equipment is in the vehicle. You fit the seat and give it the final check; the chauffeur will help if you ask. If a child seat is required by law, it is required in our vehicles too. Tell us before the driver is dispatched so the right equipment is in the vehicle.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes. We ask that pets are kept under control and that owners clean up after them, because these are luxury vehicles. If you need a pit stop along the way, just say so and we are glad to make one. If excessive cleaning is required, the cost is assessed from a professional detailer's fee schedule and billed to the client.
Is there a cleaning fee?
We do not expect a vehicle to come back immaculate; that is what a long day on the road looks like, and normal wear is on us. Biohazard cleanup, meaning vomit, blood or other bodily fluids, starts at $250 and is billed at the detailer's actual cost if it runs higher. Smoking of any kind in the vehicle is $500.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. We ask that owners keep pets under control during the ride, and let your chauffeur know if you need to pull over. We are glad to make a stop. These are luxury vehicles, so if excessive shedding or mess requires more than a normal cleaning, the cost is assessed from a professional detailer's fee schedule and billed to the client. Service animals are always welcome and are never a cleaning conversation.
How early does the chauffeur arrive for a Denver metro pickup?
Ten to fifteen minutes before your scheduled departure time. Your chauffeur is on site and ready before the clock starts, so you are never waiting on us. In snow or heavy weather dispatch may push that to as much as 30 minutes early, at their discretion, based on road conditions that morning.
