Christal Becker runs Arion the way she has run everything else in her life: details first, people always. As Founder, CEO and President she owns company strategy, service standards, financial planning, regulatory compliance, business development, and what actually happens on the road every day.

Her first career had nothing to do with vehicles. She spent more than two decades working with children and families, including high-risk and special-needs children — as an educator, foster parent, and business owner. That work teaches things no dispatch system can: how to read a person, defuse a hard moment, hold a complicated situation together, and make someone feel believed and heard.

She carried those instincts into transportation as Chief Operating Officer of Luxury Rides Online, where she ran reservations, dispatch, driver coordination, customer service, vehicle utilization, training, budgeting, and affiliate relationships — through disruption, recovery, expansion, and eventual acquisition.

Under her leadership, Arion has completed more than 2,500 trips, moved 10,556 passengers, driven 579,878 miles with zero accidents, expanded its network of licensed transportation partners, and become an approved Colorado Convention Center transportation vendor. More than half of Arion's clients come back — and 79% of revenue is repeat business.

Her leadership philosophy is short enough to fit on a dispatch screen: details matter, communication matters, and nobody is a reservation number. Airport transfer, executive itinerary, mountain journey, convention, or confidential assignment, the standard is the same. Every client should feel known, protected, and properly cared for.
