Question 1

Do you offer point-to-point trips as well as hourly service?

Accepted Answer

Both. Point-to-point is priced for a single transfer such as home to DEN or hotel to a venue. Hourly (as-directed) service keeps the same chauffeur and vehicle for dinners, meetings, tours, and multi-stop nights.

Question 2

Can I set up a recurring or corporate account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Recurring commuters, executive assistants, hotels, and event planners get a standing profile with preferred vehicle, saved addresses, consolidated monthly statements, and priority dispatch.

Question 3

Are your chauffeurs local?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Arion's chauffeurs live and drive here, Denver one-ways, I-70 and I-25 timing, canyon roads, resort access, and DEN's arrival flow are learned routes, not GPS guesses.

Question 4

Which vehicle should I choose?

Accepted Answer

Match passengers plus luggage: Luxury Sedan for 1–3 with light bags, Executive SUV for up to 5 with luggage, Luxury SUV for up to 6 in captain's-chair comfort (5 on mountain resort trips, when gear and luggage need the sixth seat), Luxury Coach Van for 7–12 or full ski gear, Executive/Jet Van for VIP groups of 9, and buses for groups to 56. Groups too large for one vehicle run as a coordinated multi-vehicle fleet — including dedicated multi-day fleets — under a single Arion dispatch and one point of contact.

Question 5

Are all vehicles AWD or 4WD for mountain travel?

Accepted Answer

Mountain-assigned SUVs and vans are AWD/4WD on winter-rated tires and carry chains, meeting Colorado's Traction Law. Luxury Sedans are assigned to Front Range and metro work in winter conditions.

Question 6

Is Arion licensed and insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Arion, LLC is a Colorado PUC-certified passenger carrier operating as Arion Transportation and Tours. Every vehicle and every trip is fully insured, well beyond what a rideshare driver carries.

Question 7

How much does Arion cost per hour?

Accepted Answer

Rates are hourly and per vehicle, not per person: Luxury Sedan from $154.50/hr, Executive SUV from $154.50/hr, Luxury SUV from $180.25/hr, and group vehicles from $231.75/hr (Luxury Coach Van $231.75/hr, Executive/Jet Van $283.25/hr, buses quoted per trip). Hourly minimums apply by vehicle, hourly bookings carry no mileage charge, and your exact total is shown before you confirm.

Question 8

Does Arion use surge pricing?

Accepted Answer

No. Arion does not surge for holidays, ski season, concert nights, or storms. Hourly bookings carry no mileage charge; point-to-point transfers past the flat base distance (30 or 40 miles, depending on the vehicle) add a per-vehicle mileage charge, calculated and displayed before you book. Your quote is all-in: taxes, fuel and card processing included, shown before you confirm. Gratuity is not included and is always at your discretion.

Question 9

What is Arion's cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancel 48 or more hours before pickup for a full refund. Cancellations 24 to 48 hours before pickup receive a 50% refund. Inside 24 hours there is no refund, and no-shows are non-refundable. Tours require 7 days' notice. Multi-vehicle events, weddings, bus charters and contracted group work follow the cancellation terms stated in that quote or agreement, which are longer than the standard schedule. Documented medical emergencies and weather or venue closures are reviewed case by case.
