Not another dinner
The host, Lauren Ridzon, a Global Account Executive with Sycomp, a global technology integrator, wanted to thank her client and the partner vendors. She didn’t want another steakhouse. She wanted something they’d remember and something they could carry home.
So we built the night around Denver.
Wednesday, 4 to 11
4:20 Hat & Hem. Custom hats, shaped on the spot. The vendors sent their clients home wearing them.
Every drink we poured was locally sourced. Denver craft beer in the cooler.
7:00 Private room at Tavernetta, beside Union Station.
10:00 Nightcap at The Island. That afternoon the bar we’d planned had an accessibility problem. So we moved.
11:00 Everyone home. We planned for 16. We served 25.
Credit to Scott at Sunset Luxury Limousines, who drove the party bus. Fast answers, clear calls, all night. That’s the partner you want.
A good one to go out on
This was my last event running operations and client experiences for Arion. I’ll take it. The host got to host. Her client got a night that felt like Denver. The hats are still out there.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can Arion plan a client event, or only drive it?
Both. We suggest stops, set the schedule and run it on the night. Venues bill you directly.
What if our headcount changes?
Ask for a quote across a guest range. This evening was planned for 16 and served 25.
What if a venue falls through?
We move the group. Here, a last-minute accessibility issue sent the nightcap to a different bar.
