Wow what an Awesome experience. We were on a girls trip attending a concert at Red Rocks for the 1st time. Kaal with Arion went above and beyond in every aspect from arriving promptly and getting us to and from the venue with ease. He replied to texts and calls immediately and was very attentive and helpful in helping three mature women have the ultimate Red Rocks experience. His car was spotless and comfortable. He even had music playing to get us primed for the concert. Worth every penny.

One of the three was recovering from recent hip surgery, and her mobility was limited. Red Rocks is a set of stairs carved into a mountain; the walk from general parking is the part that ends nights early. Kaal arranged a wheelchair before pickup, so it was with the vehicle rather than something to be sourced on arrival.
His Cadillac runs an air-ride suspension that lowers significantly at the curb, which turns the step up into the vehicle into something close to sitting down in a chair. That is the sort of detail nobody thinks to ask about at booking and everybody notices four times in one evening.
Four trips to the Top Circle
Shortly after the show started, the venue called a weather delay that ran past 30 minutes. Because of the mobility situation, Kaal was cleared into the Top Circle — the closest vehicle access to the top of the amphitheatre — for the drop-off, the pickup when the delay was called, the drop-off when the show resumed, and the final pickup at the end of the night.
Four Top Circle trips in one evening is not a normal night. Most guests never get one.
During the delay itself, rather than idling in a lot, Kaal drove them up to the overlook where chauffeurs stage between runs. It looks out over the whole of Denver. The delay turned into part of the evening instead of an interruption to it.

- Top Circle access for all four movements, including the unscheduled two
- Texts and calls answered immediately for the entire night

Can a chauffeur make multiple pickups before a show?
Yes. Multiple pickups within the Denver metro are routine and are built into the reservation when you book. Give dispatch the addresses and the show time and they will work the timing backwards from the gate.
Where does a private vehicle drop off at Red Rocks?

Does the chauffeur wait during the concert?
Yes. The vehicle and chauffeur stay with your group for the booked window, so nobody is standing in a lot at 11 p.m. looking for a ride out of a canyon with limited cell service.
How far in advance should a concert night be booked?
Six hours is our minimum notice, but Red Rocks nights in summer book out. For a group vehicle on a weekend show, one to three weeks ahead is realistic.
