Arion's Sprinter-class vans cover group transfers across Denver and the mountains: the Luxury Coach Van seats twelve at $250 per hour with a three-hour minimum, the Executive/Jet Van $325, with a four-hour minimum. All carry luggage and ski equipment and are dispatched with traction-law-compliant tires in winter.

The Executive Van seats up to 9 with executive seating, USB charging ports, tinted windows, and ample luggage storage. It's built for corporate retreats, large ski groups, and VIP transfers where everyone needs to arrive together, comfortable, and on time.
The Jet Van takes it up a level — quilted leather, hardwood floors, LED ambient lighting, premium sound, and seating for up to 9. It's the vehicle people photograph when it pulls up. Weddings, multi-day tours, high-profile groups, and any event where the ride itself should feel like part of the experience.

Ski groups and mountain trips
A Sprinter is the best way to move a ski group to the mountains. Twelve or fourteen people, all their gear, and nobody's crammed into the back of an SUV with a snowboard across their lap. Our Sprinters have real luggage space, climate control, and the headroom to actually stand up and move around during the drive.
Our chauffeurs are ice-driving trained and run the I-70 corridor and mountain passes all season. Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone, Steamboat — wherever your group is headed, the Sprinter gets everyone there together.
Weddings, corporate, and tours
Wedding parties book the Jet Van to move the bridal party, groomsmen, or family members between ceremony, photos, and reception. It photographs well, it's comfortable, and it keeps everyone on schedule without splitting up into separate cars.
Corporate teams use the Executive Van for off-sites, client entertainment, airport group pickups, and retreats. Tour groups use them for brewery crawls, wine country trips, and multi-day itineraries through Colorado.

What's the difference between the Executive and Jet Van?
The Luxury Coach Van seats 12 with executive seating, USB ports, and luggage space — great for corporate and ski groups. The Jet Van seats 9 with quilted leather, hardwood floors, LED lighting, and a premium sound system — the upgrade for weddings and VIP events.
Can the Sprinter handle mountain roads?
Yes. Our Sprinters are equipped for Colorado mountain conditions and driven by ice-trained chauffeurs who run the mountain corridors year-round.
Is there room for ski gear and luggage?
Plenty. The Sprinter has dedicated luggage storage separate from the passenger cabin. Skis, snowboards, boots, bags, it all fits without crowding the seating area.
Can I book a Sprinter for a multi-day trip?
Absolutely. Multi-day bookings are common for corporate retreats, wedding weekends, and Colorado tours. We'll build a custom itinerary with you.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible for weddings and peak ski season weekends. For standard dates, we can often accommodate a week or less out, call to check availability.
How many passengers fit in your group vehicles?
Luxury Coach Van seats up to 12, the Executive/Jet Van seats 9 in VIP configuration, and buses run 20, 30, 40, and 57 passengers. Larger groups run multiple vehicles on one coordinated dispatch.
Can we bring alcohol on board?
Optional beverage service is available on group vehicles, and passengers 21+ may consume alcohol where Colorado law and the vehicle's licensing allow. Chauffeurs never drink on duty, and glass policies vary by vehicle.
Is there a minimum booking time for group vehicles?
Yes — group vehicles carry 3–4 hour minimums depending on the vehicle, and pricing is per vehicle rather than per person.
Which vehicle should I choose?
Match passengers plus luggage: Luxury Sedan for 1–3 with light bags, Executive SUV for up to 5 with luggage, Luxury SUV for up to 6 in captain's-chair comfort (5 from November 1 through April 30, when winter gear needs the sixth seat), Luxury Coach Van for 7–12 or full ski gear, Executive/Jet Van for VIP groups of 9, and buses for groups to 57. Groups too large for one vehicle run as a coordinated multi-vehicle fleet — including dedicated multi-day fleets — under a single Arion dispatch and one point of contact.
