Levitt Pavilion Transportation
Levitt Pavilion.
Free concerts, all summer long.
50+ free outdoor concerts a year at Ruby Hill Park — lawn seating, food trucks, all ages. The music is free. The parking situation is not always easy. We drop you at the main entrance and pick you up when the last note fades.
Main entrance drop-off — walk straight to your blanket
Levitt Pavilion sits at 1380 West Florida Ave inside Ruby Hill Park, just south of downtown Denver near I-25 and Santa Fe. On concert nights, the park road becomes one-way — all cars enter from Jewell Ave, exit on Florida Ave. Parking is free but lots fill fast on popular show nights.
We pull up to the designated rideshare drop-off area right at the main entrance. You walk in, grab your spot on the lawn, and enjoy the show. After the concert, your chauffeur is waiting in the same zone — no circling the one-way park road, no walking back to a distant lot in the dark.

Dinner on South Pearl, then music at Ruby Hill
Ruby Hill Park is a short drive from South Pearl Street — one of Denver's best restaurant rows. The move: we drop you at Sushi Den, Izakaya Den, or Jacks on Pearl for dinner, then deliver you to Levitt Pavilion for the show. One chauffeur, one evening, zero parking stress.
South Broadway's Joy Hill and the Santa Fe Art District are also close by. Your chauffeur knows the neighborhood and handles the routing so you just show up, eat, and enjoy free live music under the Colorado sky.

Insider Tips
Where do you drop off at Levitt Pavilion?
We use the designated rideshare drop-off area at the main entrance inside Ruby Hill Park. Same spot for post-show pickup.
The concerts are free — why book a car?
The music is free but the parking situation isn't always smooth. The park road goes one-way on show nights, lots fill early, and you can't park on the grass. A private car means door-to-door service with zero logistics.
Can you do dinner and Levitt in one trip?
Absolutely — it's our most popular Levitt request. We drop you at a South Pearl Street restaurant, then deliver you to the venue for doors. After the show, we're waiting at the entrance. One vehicle, one chauffeur, the whole evening.
How does concert pickup work after the show?
Your chauffeur confirms a specific meeting point before the show and is staged nearby, then texts you the exact location as the encore ends. You walk to a waiting vehicle instead of queuing in a lot or waiting on surge pricing.
Will my driver wait during the event?
Yes. On hourly service the vehicle and chauffeur stay with your party for the full event. On point-to-point service we return at a scheduled time — either way you have one named contact, not a new stranger each leg.
How early should we leave for a Red Rocks or downtown show?
For Red Rocks, plan to arrive 90 minutes before doors: parking lots and the access road back up hard, and the walk from upper lots is steep at altitude. Downtown venues need 45–60 minutes of buffer on game nights and during rush hour.
Is private transportation cheaper than parking and rideshare for a group?
For three or more people it is often comparable once you add parking, surge pricing on the way out, and the risk of no ride at 11 p.m. — and nobody in your party has to skip drinks or drive a mountain road afterward.
Can you handle group transportation to an event?
Yes. Arion runs single vehicles up to 50-passenger coaches and coordinates multi-vehicle waves with staggered arrivals, one dispatch contact, and a shared timeline for the venue.
How many passengers fit in your group vehicles?
Luxury Coach and Executive Van seat up to 12–14, the Jet Van seats 9 in VIP configuration, and buses run 20, 30, 40, and 50 passengers. Larger groups run multiple vehicles on one coordinated dispatch.
