Will my student have the same driver every time?
Yes. We assign a consistent driver to your family. Your student will know their driver by name, and the driver will know your student's schedule, preferences, and routine. No surprises.
Is there a minimum age?
No. We transport students of all ages. For younger children, a parent or guardian must be present. For teens, we work directly with families to establish communication protocols and expectations.
How does billing work for recurring rides?
We set up a standing schedule with consistent weekly billing. No surge pricing, no variable rates. You know exactly what you're paying every month.
What about schedule changes?
Early release, late start, snow days, canceled practice — we're flexible. Just text or call your driver or our dispatch team. Same-day changes are no problem.
What are your safety credentials?
